The Scheduling Window displays the employees and their jobs in a Monday to
Sunday format. The employees are listed vertically and can besome scrolling if you have more than 4.

Each day contains the jobs the employee is to do. These jobs are simply
displayed by the customer's last name, arrival time and the cost
of the job. The Total Box at the bottom (2 of them are red) contain
the total of the jobs combined. They are red to show the employee
has enough work for that day, which value you can set.
Clicking
on any job opens the Bookem Window which allows you to edit the
job. Clicking on the Total Box displays the Employee Day Off Window
which lets you schedule time off for an employee.
The Export feature exports the jobs for a week or a single day into
an external file that can be imported into your accounting software.
This import file creates invoices and new customers in your accounting
software. Presently Quickbooks is the only accounting program that has been requested.

The Full Day feature allows you to set a warning when the amount of
work an employee is given has been exceeded. The total box turns
red when this limit has been reached.

Across the top of the Scheduling Board is a toolbar which allows you
quickly access other parts of the program.

The below picture shows you a job that has a many days with a green background. This shows that two employees are doing a job together for 3 days. Right clicking on the first day opens a Popup menu which allows you
to modify single day jobs or multiple day jobs. Larger jobs
like this have colored backgrounds.
The
Popup Menu works like other popup menus except for the Delete
Menu which allows you to delete multiple day jobs in different
ways. Del Day removes any single day, Del Days removes any whole
day of a job, Del Emp deletes all the employees days of a job
and Del All deletes the entire job.

You can drag and drop a single job or a multiple day job anywhere
on the showing week. You would use the Cut feature to move it
on a week ahead or back.
